Excellent Cottages Positive: The whole area quiet location but walking distance to quaint Bamburgh Negative: Nothing we all had a great but short trip

Great location with good facilities Negative: height of shower in bathroom was too low Walk to Bamburgh was not that friendly as had to keep lifting dogs over, kissing gate would be better

Our third stay here and we had a wonderful stay this time at Hayloft. The property is in a lovely location, close to Bamburgh. It was very clean and well presented on arrival with a lovely welcome bag full of goodies which were much appreciated. The accommodation worked perfectly for our party. The only minor and easily addressed issues we had were: 1) The shower pressure was very temperamental and seemed to be influenced by whatever the accommodation below ours was doing with their water! 2) The smaller room has no easy access window and no string was attached to the window to pull it shut on the night it rained heavily. Needs a pole at the very least. The accommodations on site all share a games room which as a party of 12 we throughly enjoyed. Would definitely return.
